Batten down the hatches...

This storm rolled through around 5:15pm (as in it shouldn't have been dark out!).
Thank God the huge hail missed us, but winds and cloud to ground lightning didn't.
We haven't gone out to check the damage yet, but nothing seems bad.

The one thing that ticks me off...this isn't going to lessen the humidity.
C'mon now...if we're getting blown off the hill, the least Mother Nature could do is drop the sauna for a few days!
Ah well.

Enjoy your weekend!

Pig sure is!

  4. Those are some serious clouds! It is raining cats and dogs here right now! We were out and came home just in time. It was in the 90's and now at 7pm it is 75 but with 68% humidity! I'm loving the rain though! We need it!

Oh no! The electric just went off but came back on!

I love a good storm too...but I'd be upset if the humidity didn't drop. Darn it!

I was hoping that you said the heat broke and you were finally able to breathe.
