Most of you know we lost our beloved Akita girl, Irie, in April.
Our good friend and AMAZING breeder had a single pup born on Halloween (OK, the 30th for her in Mountain time, but I'm eastern, dammit).
We were sure Pup was going to be show quality, so.. No baby for us.
Turns out, she was a long coat, so.... WE GOT HER!
I'll fill you in with the whole *Sam takes off to New Mexico before Christmas* thing later.
For now, meet Kaiju.. Or Kai.
